New Short Story: King Of Alammiri

Dear all,

#Holiday #RestDay #NewStory

I wrote this short story in April and decided to publish it this holiday to give you all something to read while you eat your Christmas rice and goat meat or chicken 😊

Available now on preorder, for the price of a bottle of Coke, on Smashwords and Amazon.

Coming soon on Bambooks and Okadabooks

Release date: 25-Dec-2019

Description:

When King Ifeanyimuo the great dies before his time, he leaves behind a daughter, Adaeze from his late wife, and many more daughters from his concubines, as well as an empty throne, because it is against the laws of the land to have a female ruler.

According to tradition, the leaders of the four regions of the kingdom must provide a male candidate for the throne, and only the one who passes the test of the head and the hand, that is, wisdom and strength, shall be crowned King of Alammiri.

Would Adaeze be willing to do whatever it takes to change the tradition?
