No one handed me an HR manual. We built the policies. The processes. The systems. That experience became *The HR Process Playbook*—a practical resource for anyone building or strengthening an HR function. Read a sample here: www.cmokonkwo.com/hrplaybook
I’m excited to share that I’ll be hosting two special book events at Freedom Park, Lagos Island this May! 💛📚
✨ 26th May — Children’s Day Book Pre-Release & Reading ✨ 27th May — Official Book Release & Reading
These events are especially close to my heart because they celebrate children, storytelling, creativity, and the power of books to shape young minds. There will be readings, conversations, fun activities, and beautiful moments with children and families. If you’re in Lagos, I would truly love to see you there.
📍 Freedom Park, Lagos Island 🕙 10:00 AM
Thank you to everyone who has supported this journey so far. More stories ahead. ✨
Even years later, we still remember how certain books made us feel — the wonder, the adventure, the comfort, the imagination they awakened in us as children.
While writing my first children’s book for preteens, I found myself thinking deeply about that experience and the stories many of us carried from childhood into adulthood.
I wanted to create something that speaks to curious young minds.
What childhood book has stayed with you over the years?
I’m thrilled to be releasing my very first children’s book — written especially for curious and imaginative preteens who dare to dream beyond limits.
This project has been a beautiful journey of storytelling, creativity, and purpose, and I cannot wait to finally share it with young readers, parents, schools, and book lovers everywhere.
More updates, previews, and behind-the-scenes moments are coming soon 💛
#Today I’ve been gathering a list of rules that kept one assassin alive when things went off.

Most of the girls who read this book will die before Rule 50.
The smart ones will understand why.
