Book Review: Don't Call Me Baby

Book Description:

Lola Hussey, 24 years old, no boyfriend, still living with her mum on a London housing estate and stuck in a going nowhere job in a third rate Private Investigation Agency. Life had to get better surely?

When Derek Lewis, rich Australian playboy, is found dead after falling from the roof of his office in salacious circumstances, Lola's opportunity to flex her investigative muscles had begun.

"Don't Call Me Baby" is a novel in the Women Sleuths, Mystery and Detective genre, by author Betty Byers.

It is the first book in the series: Lola Hussey Mysteries.

"Don't Call Me Baby" was an interesting read. Nice characters, nice stories, nice everything. I totally enjoyed it.

If you like suspense, mystery, and murder mixed with some romance, then read this book. I also loved the main character (Lola), too.

I'm already sampling the next book in the series now, "Don't Shed A Tear," and it's looking good!
